Hit validation

Prestwick´s chemists have a broad experience in validating hits coming from HTS. Once the activity of the molecule is confirmed and the selectivity towards the target is satisfying, synthesis of a small number of analogues is undertaken. If Structure-Activity Relationship (SAR) is observed, the most suitable compound (which must not contain chemical reactive functions such as alkylating electrophiles...) is selected to become a lead.
