Compound resupply

Accelerate hit validation and structure–activity relationship (SAR) exploration with Prestwick Chemical Libraries’ resupply and analoging services.

Following primary or secondary screening campaigns, we provide rapid and reliable access to high-quality compounds from any of our libraries—ensuring continuity, reproducibility, and confidence in your assay results.

Resupply options include:

  • Solid compounds: 10–100 mg, supplied in protective dark glass vials to ensure long-term stability
  • DMSO solutions: 10 mM, delivered in assay-ready plates or sealed glass vials for immediate downstream use

All compounds are produced under stringent quality control standards to support robust assay validation, mechanistic studies, and medicinal chemistry follow-up.

Re-supply of selected hits from the Prestwick Chemical Library® or any other Prestwick library for validation is offered :

  • at 10 to 100mg in dark glass vials,
  • at 10mM in DMSO coming in 96 well plates.

Compounds are provided with a database in XLS format.

Hit confirmation and compound analoging

Our Hit Confirmation and Compound Analoging service is designed to rapidly transform primary screening hits into validated, high-value lead series, enabling informed decision-making and efficient progression toward lead optimization.

This service includes:

  • Comprehensive analysis of screening hits, including clustering and classification into well-defined chemical families
  • Strategic selection of prioritized hit series based on structural features, medicinal chemistry relevance, and project objectives
  • Systematic identification of structural analogs across accessible chemical space to support early SAR development
  • Selection of a minimum of 10 analog compounds per series, whenever feasible, to ensure statistically meaningful SAR insights
  • Procurement of commercial analogs or custom synthesis, leveraging our sourcing capabilities and in-house/external chemistry expertise
  • Rigorous quality control (QC) to confirm compound identity, purity, and suitability for downstream biological evaluation

High-quality compounds supplied in powder form or as 10 mM DMSO solutions, consistent with our resupply specifications and ready for immediate assay deployment.
